Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. My husband and I had dinner at Seasons for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our server Maddy was so friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. My husband had the pork chop, (which was absolutely incredible), and we appreciated that the chef personally came to our table to apologize for the wait, as the first chop they made was overcooked. As someone who’s worked in restaurants, that level of service and personal touch goes a long way. Needless to say the wait was absolutely worth it. My fillet with mashed potatoes and mushrooms was equally as delicious, and I very well could have licked my plate clean if given the chance. It was a gloriously perfect medium rare. We both loved the choices of dessert shooters, they were the perfect size. I wish we got one of each, I wanted to try them all! In a nutshell, Seasons 52 absolutely blew us away. It’s been a long time since we’ve been out to dinner and enjoyed absolutely everything about the experience. We definitely won’t wait until next year to come back!

The food was incredibly delicious. I loved the presentation of the food too. The desert was amazing and quite unique. We went for a group event, it was a great experience.

We were visiting the area recently, needed a dinner spot near our hotel. This place was highly rated, decided to try it. We had reservations, we arrived early and I'm very glad we did, as the parking is pretty much impossible unless you do valet. I think we made about a dozen trips around their lot before we scored a spot right by the front door. They had a waiting line inside, but with our reservations, they were pretty close to the time we had saved out. Place was packed, very very nice decor and vibe. Note: we were wearing nice clothes but felt a bit under dressed compared with some of the patrons, I believe it was prom night for the local schools. Server recommended the sea bass, which is something my wife and I have never tried before so we said let's do it! We had the avocado toast appetizer, which was very tasty. The sea bass was delicious! We opted not to get a side salad so we could save room for a dessert. I had the turtle cheesecake "mini indulgences" which was awesome but personally I would've been able to down about 3 of those myself, kinda small for my appetite. The meal was amazing but the server didn't come back to check how our sea bass was until we were alread

First time at Seasons 52 in Schaumburg and I’m already planning my return visit. I’d heard good things but wasn’t sure what to expect it exceeded my expectations in most ways. I started with the strawberry and spinach salad, which was a great introduction to what this place is about: fresh, seasonal ingredients that actually taste like something. The strawberries were ripe and sweet, the spinach crisp, and the whole thing came together really nicely. For my entrΓ©e, I went with the scallops and wow, they did not disappoint. Perfectly seared with a beautiful crust, tender all the way through. It’s the kind of dish that makes you wonder why you ever order anything else. The restaurant itself has a great vibe upscale but not uncomfortable and the staff were helpful for a first-timer navigating the menu. The only thing keeping this at four stars is that it was a bit on the pricey side for the portion sizes, but the quality is genuinely there. Definitely coming back to work my way through more of the menu.

This was our first visit for our cousin's birthday party. On the surface, everything was ok. My hubby tried hard to just accept that his pieces of lamb were not prepared with consistency. There was a shinny film over the mased potatoes which is a tell tell sign our food sat. The first crab cake they brought my hubby was dangerously cold; people can get sick from how it was served. The second one, though it came out much later appeared to be freshly prepared, at these prices, all of the food should be fresher than what we had. The green beans my hubby received were cold. My chicken was so dry, I started to squeeze some lotion on it! My hubby had to ask if they had bread several times before we received bread. My mocktail was good and dessert was good I can say that. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we realized the table that was "set up" where we say was added on the the end of identical tables...only this was was a much lower and much smaller folding table! My hubby is a Chef when he said he was headed into the bathroom to scream I laughed but it was to keep from being just as frustrated. We don't mind paying for GOOD food and GREAT service but this visit fell short i
